01

Scope

This Privacy Notice describes how Stratum Yield ("Stratum," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit stratumyield.com and its documentation pages.

It does not govern the browser application at stdf.io, which has its own privacy policy. It also does not govern test data, account data, or other information processed by an authenticated Stratum deployment. Those practices depend on the deployment configuration and the applicable evaluation or customer agreement.

02

Information you provide

The public site does not include registration, payment, contact, or upload forms. If you choose to contact us by email, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you include. Please do not send production STDF files or other confidential test data through ordinary email unless we have agreed on an appropriate transfer method.

03

Website delivery and analytics

The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare's network. In the ordinary course of serving and protecting the site, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and request time under its own privacy policy and service terms.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. Reports may include page path, referrer, country, device type, browser, operating system, and performance measurements. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not fingerprint individual visitors.

The marketing code does not send custom analytics events, stable visitor identifiers, form contents, or file data. Cloudflare may aggregate or sample dashboard results, particularly over longer reporting periods.

Read Cloudflare Web Analytics documentationand the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

04

How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

  • deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the public site;
  • understand aggregate traffic and improve site performance and content;
  • respond to messages and evaluate alpha or commercial interest; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information or use the public site for behavioral advertising.

05

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides site hosting, delivery, security, and analytics. Our email provider processes messages you send us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the site or its users, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not disclose visitor information to data brokers or advertising networks.

06

Cookies and browser storage

Stratum's marketing code does not set analytics cookies or persistent identifiers and does not use local storage for tracking. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to operate without cookies or local storage. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies when required by enabled security features; those cookies support traffic and security functions rather than advertising.

07

Retention

Cloudflare retains and aggregates website analytics according to its service settings and policies. We retain email correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, our business records, security, or legal obligations. Retention for authenticated Stratum deployments is defined separately for each deployment or customer relationship.

08

International processing and security

Stratum is operated from Canada, and Cloudflare delivers the site through a global network. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

09

Your choices and requests

You can block the Cloudflare analytics beacon with browser controls or content-blocking software. Depending on your location, you may also have rights concerning personal information we hold about you. To ask for access, correction, deletion, or information about our practices, contact us at [email protected].

10

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the site or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Questions or requests can be sent to [email protected].
